- Can you assemble necklace for us at your factory? [2016-09-08]
- Yes we welcome custom order for necklace. You can send us one necklace sample photo for reference, then we can assemble it according to the photo in our factory.
- Can I custom my own color? [2016-09-16]
- Yes we welcome custom color order. If for beads, MOQ is 1000pcs per color for custom color; if for teethers, MOQ is 300pcs per color.
- What is the MOQ for the products? [2016-09-05]
- Normally MOQ for beads is 100pcs per color, for pacifier, teether and necklace is 10pcs per color, but we accept samples first to help you test the market. Or if you are new to business, we will lower the MOQ to reduce inventory pressure.
- Do you often design new products? [2016-09-02]
- Yes we design new product every one or two months. If you are interested in the new producucts, keep an eye on our website :)We will lauch the new products in the website once they are in stock.

- We mainly supply silicone products including silicone baby teether, teething necklace, teething toy, silicone teething beads, etc.
- Is the material safe for baby teething? [2016-08-26]
- Yes we use FDA approved food grade silicone with BPA free.All of the raw material meet the stand of EN71 and LFGB.
- How many days for production if I place an order? [2016-08-29]
- For our instock inventory,it will take 2-5 days to ship out your package; for OEM protect, it may take longer, as we need time to draw 3d drawing, arrange mould, and make sample. It will take about 10 days for the mould and another 7 days for production.
- What is the steps for a customized order? [2016-08-29]
- We warmly weclome customized order. Firts, pls provide the size and photo of the item you will make, then we will send you quotation for mould fee, 3d drawing fee, unit price and minimum order quantity. Once we receive the deposit, we will start to process with 3d drawing for your approval, then arrange mould and make samples for your approval. After you confirm all, we will begin mass production of the items.
